A close up of the small flowers that make up the Queen Anne’s Lace wildflower including the sterile purple floret in the middle. Folklore says the purple flower is a drop of Queen Anne’s blood when she pricked her finger while making lace.
The watercolor painting is 10.7 x 7 inches. The original is matted in a 11 x 14 in mat and shipped flat.
